Rock/Mineral ID Section?

I've been thinking about developing a rock/mineral ID section as a Sub-board under the "Rough Rock and Slabs" section for some time now... (In leu of a real Wiki type site) I think it would be a great reference for people like me that suffer from CRS Syndrome.... lol... I think it would be best to develop a "post format" so that each thread would be consistent and easily maintaned. I don't think it should be a place where folks ask for an ID but a repository/reference for known rocks...

I'm thinking it should be formatted something like this:

*Common Name in the Subject Line*

Body:

Common Name: (Trade Name)
Mineral Name:
[Photo] Would need to be uploaded to a permanent location on the Web... I am willing to host the photos on EvolutionsInStone.com

Characteristics

Origin(s): (Location)
Type: (Agate, Jasper, Etc...)
Hardness: (MOHS)
Color(s):
Special Characteristics: (Chatoyance, Flourescence, Etc..)

Personal Experiences: (Undercutting, Smelly, Messy, Etc...)

...and any other categories we might come up with.

If anyone has any suggestions for this, please tell us about it here in this thread.... even if you think it's a bad idea...
